You'll earn at least 1% cash back on purchases everywhere, every time. Earn 2% on grocery store purchases, 3% on dining purchases at restaurants and 4% on gas station purchases for the first $8,000 in combined purchases in these categories annually.*[2]
1. Cash back will accumulate and can be redeemed when the value reaches $25. Cash back can be credited to the PNC Cash Rewards credit card account or other eligible PNC Bank or PNC Investments LLC account within 7 business after the redemption request is received. If the customer's PNC Cash Rewards credit card account is a joint account, the account to which the customer is requesting the monetary credit or deposit be made must be in the name of all owners of the PNC Cash Rewards credit card account.
2. The $8,000 annual cap resets each year on your anniversary date, not at the beginning of each calendar year. Your anniversary date is the date we enrolled your account in the PNC Cash Rewards Program, and the same month/day each year thereafter. For example, if we enrolled your account in the program on June 17, 2017, your anniversary date in 2018 is June 17, 2018.
3. Zero Liability Fraud protection does not apply to ATM transactions or PIN transactions not processed by Visa, and certain commercial card transactions. Notify PNC Bank immediately of any unauthorized use. For specific restrictions, limitations and other details regarding unauthorized use, see the account agreement.
